The latest enso outlook is now forecasting the development of a La Nina~ through summer into the fall. This means a transition into a drier weather conditions into the Fall. http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/analysis_monitoring/enso_advisory/ensodisc.htmlI do believe our region which includes New Mexico-West Texas will begin to see drier conditions develop for our region this summer into the fall.
